Well, this just happened. I swear, my brain is like a sieve. I can remember the most obscure facts but when it comes to things that actually matter, like remembering my keys, it's as if my memory vanished. Now I'm unable to get into my own place. It seems like I'm/My brain is/This is a common occurrence/problem/situation for me. One minute I'm happily/blissfully/confidently going about my day, and the next I've found/realized/stumbled upon that I'm locked out/locked in.
